Congratulations to Tom Mallon for receving the 2010 PA Athlete of the Year and 2010 Philly Inquirer Athlete of the Year (2 years in a row).
Congrats to Coach Cox and the entire coaching staff for being recognized as 2010 Philly Inquirer Coach of the Year.
Congratulations Tom Mallon for getting the All-Time 800m Record at the PA Distance Classic. Tom's time of 1:49.01 tied the record (FAT conversion) and was a new US #1

CONGRATUALATIONS 2009 STATE CHAMPIONS
Jeff Dickson, Dave Manion, Matt Poiesz, Tom Mallon won the 4 x 800 in 7:33.48 breaking the 27 year old PIAA State and National Federation Record.
Tom Mallon also won the 800 meter run later that afternoon.

Congratualations 2009 District Champions and State Qualifiers
Jeff Dickson (1:57.62), Dave Manion (1:55.4), Matt Poiesz (1:53.39), Tom Mallon (1:50.79) won the 4 x 800 in 7:37.43 shattering the 20+ year old district record

Robert Knuckles won the bronze in the 100 m dash
Great job to Jon Eisemann, Chris Eberz, Drew Cameron, Nick Drozd, Dom Raguz, John Ruggerio, Ricky Pieri, and Tom Denno for competing at Districts. Congrats for qualifying and competing in such a high quality meet!!!!

For equipment and clothes/shoes visit these sites. For your running shoes you need to go to a speciality running store and have your foot type analyzed so that you are wearing the proper shoe for your foot/stride. Athletic shoes sold at stores like Sports Authority and Dicks are for the "weekend warrior" not athletes training on a competitive level.
