*All athletes who this is your first sport of this school year you must also read the Student/Parent Handbook on Athletics and print/sign the LAST page. You can find it at this website:

YOU MUST HAVE ALL PAPERWORK COMPLETELY FILLED OUT IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE!!!
All athletes have to fully complete the med treatment/eligibility form
If you participated in a fall sport then you only need to complete section 5 of the PIAA physical form (parent recertification)
If you did not participate in a fall sport then you must complete the whole physical (sections 1-4)
If you participated in a fall sport, were injured during the season and went to a doctor then you need to fill out section 5 and 6 of the PIAA form
PROPER TRAINING ATTIRE
Sweatpants & sweatshirts are for warming up ONLY. You should layer in long-sleeve, short-sleeve, drifit tops / bottoms, and running pants for practicing. This allows more freedom of movement in training.
Shoes should be running shoes (Nike, Asics, Adidas, Brooks, New Balance). High tops and cross-training shoes are not proper attire. Typically running shoes are either white or light-grey in color. See the home page for links to local running stores for shoes and apparel.
